Ferarites UAE: Advisory Committee Members

Hailing from Ferar, Church Vado(Ganjimutta), the eldest son of  Stella and Late Mr. Fredrick Pereira. After completing his primary education at St. Francis Xavier school in Ferar, did his High school at Swami Vivekananda High school in Yedapadav. In the year 1980, he graduated from  from St. Aloysius college Mangalore in the faculty of B.Sc with Ist class. 
Resident of U.A.E for the past 29 years having stayed in Abu Dhabi from 1982 to 2001 and thereafter moved to Dubai. In the professional front, started his career with Bank of Barorda at their Abu Dhabi branch and worked with them from 1982- July 1988 where he learned basics of banking and made several friends from Mangalorean community. In Aug, 1988,  joined National Bank of Abu Dhabi, UAE's premier bank at their Corniche Branch and continued there until March 2002.  He moved up the ladder with promotion and became Operations Manager at their Deira Branch in Dubai.  Eversince, worked in different branches in Dubai, Jebel Ali and Sharjah in different capacities such as  Senior Operations Manager and Senior Customer Service Manager . In the year April 2010 he was promoted to the posittion of "Area Operations Manager" and is currently looking after the  operational activities of branches in Sharjah, Ajman, Ummal Quwain, Dhaid and Madam areas. His job involves extensive travelling in the northern emirates.
Actively involved in social and charity activities, founded Ferarites-UAE with the support of like minded Ferarites-UAE, became the founder president and served the community for 4 years until March, 2011. During his tenure, several charity projects were initiated and funds were distributed. Recently Rs 10 lac Ferarites-UAE Education fund was launched for the benefit of Ferar parishioners.  Currently serving as "Advisor" to the committee
In the past, he had served as Sports coordinator and Vice Coordinator of SMKC for two years each.  (St.Marys Konkani Community)under St.Mary's church.
His hobbies include reading, playing Tennis, squash and Volleyball, brisk walking in the evening hours.
Happily married to Rosetta who is working for Al Tamimi Law firm in Dubai.  They are blessed with two children, daughter, Voleta Roma Pereira and  son Roger Lester Pereira pursuing his engineering studies in Canada.

He believes in hard work, sincerety and honesty.  He says do not get disappointed with failures as failure is stepping stone for success.

Son of Mrs. Alice R. Sequeira and Late Rosario Sequeira of  Nithyadhar Vado, Daila. After completing his Primary education from St. Francis Xavier school in Ferar, High school from Swami Vivekananda college, Yedapadavu, Graduation in commerce (B.Com) from St. Aloysius College Mangalore, Post Graduation (M.B.A) in Finance from U.S. University. During his school days, actively involved in Liturgical activities of Ferar Church, such as Altar Server, Reader, Choir member etc.  He is the Ex-President of I.C.Y.M. Ferar. During his college days has served Mangalore Diocesan  I.C.Y.M,Central Council (Catholic Youth Movement, Bishops house) for Consecutive three years as a Secretary for 2 yrs & a Treasurer for 1 year. He is the Founder of Konkan Taram, Jerimeri, Mumbai, a Konkan Association formed in the year 1991. Served as a Parish council Secretary of St.Judes Church, Kurla, Jerimeri. Served as a Core Committee member of  St. Mary's Konkan Community SMKC Dubai. Presently serving as a Eucharistic Minister in St. Mary's Church, Dubai & a member of Readers Sodality in St. Mary’s Church, Dubai. Served as a Founder Member and Vice President of Ferarites UAE for the past 4 years.
At present he is working as a Asst. Treasury Manager  of  Al Ghandi Automotive Group (dealers for GMC & Chevrolet vehicles) in Dubai. He has married to Doreen and has blessed with two children, Son Kendrick, studying in 10th std and Daughter Kenisha studying in 5th Std.

Hailing from Derebail Mangalore, daughter of Late Florine and Late Alphonso Lasrado. After the completion of SSLC from Lourdes High school, Bijai Mangalore, Graduated in Science(B.Sc) and obtained her Bachelor of Education degree from Govt. College Mangalore. Resides in U.A.E for the last 22 years.  Serving as a Mathematics Coordinator in ‘GEMS OUR OWN’ Dubai since 1990. Actively involved in all co-curricular and sports activities in school as well as in the community
Happily married to Leslie Fernandes and blessed with two daughters, Pearl completed her MBA from MAHE MANIPAL, Dubai and working for AlFuttaim HR Connection, Dubai and Nicole is studying in St Joseph Engineering college, Mangalore
