The parish celebrated the parish small Christian community day on 20 th December, 2009. Fr Harry Pereira was the resource person. The parish community reflected on the topic, “Participating in the SCC is the call for holiness”. There were 190 members. The session began at 9.30 am with breakfast and concluded with the meal at 2 pm. The community reflected that suffering in Christ is the new way of holiness for a community leader. The programme was pact, to the point, entertaining, informative and spiritually enriching.
